I am sure my review is the first of its kind. Seeing all the amazing reviews about the brand and quality, I placed on order with high hopes. However, what arrived was chipped, glued together, broken wooden toys. Upon discussion, I was told that this isn’t their quality & that they will send a replacement. Received the replacement only for the delivery person to say that it’s a COD order and that I have to pay 1500 bucks to receive it. One of their employees had mistakenly selected COD. Had to send it back because I wasn’t aware that it’s a
paid order. Overall, just a series of unfortunate events. I am very sure this may not happen to anyone again, however - extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with how everything was handled so carelessly.
Update: The team at Aangan definitely made up for their error. Though these things happened, they took accountability and were responsible enough to send the products again & even a pair of corduroy overalls as a gift. Thought these things may have happened, I am sure the team at Aangan care for their customers and want the best for them. I appreciate the gesture. Thank you!
