At The Aangan, owned by Nostalgic Dream Lifestyle Private Limited, we work hard to ensure that every order reaches you in the best possible condition. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests only within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Exchange requests will be accepted only after review and approval by our team.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at connect@theaangan.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in case a damaged product is received.
To raise a return request for a damaged product:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory to verify the damage.
Supporting images may also be requested by our team.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that we will not be able to accept return requests without a valid unboxing video.
Refund Mode
In case a return is approved after verification, the refund will be issued only in the form of store credits.
No cash refund or original payment mode refund will be provided.
Store credits can be used for future purchases on The Aangan website.
Return Shipment Charges
If a return is approved, the return shipment cost will be borne by the customer and will be deducted/charged separately, as applicable.
Process to Initiate Exchange or Return
To initiate an exchange or return request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at connect@theaangan.com with your order details and reason for the request.
- For damaged products, attach clear images and the mandatory unboxing video.
- Our team will review the request and confirm the next steps.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or store credit, as applicable.
Important Notes
The Aangan, owned by Nostalgic Dream Lifestyle Private Limited, is not liable for damages caused after delivery due to negligence, improper handling, washing, usage, or incorrect storage.
All exchange and return requests are subject to verification, investigation, and approval by our team.
Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted for exchange or return.
